Summer rates:1 September 2010- 31 March 2011
$150 per single or double per night.
Additional adults $30 per person, children $20 each (aged 5-12) per night.
Winter rates: 1st April 2010 – 30th August 2010
$150 per night double, 2 nights or more $140 per night
Extra adults $20 pp or $10 per child (aged 5-12) per night.

Coastal View Apartment
One bedroom. Minimum 2 night stay.
$250 per night.

Little Piha Bach
$80 for 2 people - $20 per extra person.
Bookings are to be paid in full - non refundable and non transferable.

Surcharge of $10 for use of facilities.

Check in is after 2pm and check out before 12 noon.
Bookings: 1 night stays are confirmed on full payment. 2 nights or more require 50% deposit. Holiday weekends - minimum 2 night stay to be paid on booking
Cancellations:
UP TO 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EXPECTED ARRIVAL - REFUND LESS 15% BOOKING FEE.
13 DAYS OR LESS - NO REFUND.
